At Hypnosis TranceFormation, we are committed to your satisfaction and to the effectiveness of our virtual hypnotherapy sessions. We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer the following terms for refunds and cancellations:
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before session: If you need to cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund or you may reschedule your session at no additional cost.
- Less than 48 hours before session: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule the session for an additional rescheduling fee of $25.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session without any penalty if you provide more than 48 hours’ notice. If rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the session, a fee of $25 will be charged.
Refunds
- Before session commencement: Refunds are available if you cancel your session more than 48 hours prior to its scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the session start time.
- Session dissatisfaction: We strive to provide high-quality hypnotherapy services. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us to discuss your concerns. While refunds cannot be issued once a session is completed, we are dedicated to understanding your feedback and exploring options for improvement.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Completed sessions: Once a session is completed, it is non-refundable. We encourage feedback and will work with you to address any dissatisfaction.
- Technical issues not due to Hypnosis TranceFormation: We are not responsible for refunds if technical issues arise from your internet connection or hardware which prevent or disrupt the session. We recommend checking your equipment and connection prior to your appointment.
